SHIPPING & RETURNS

We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels throughout AUSTRALIA and INTERNATIONALLY.

Shipping within AUS takes between 3-14 business days.

DELIVERY RULES:

*Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.

*Once the order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address.

*We encourage everyone to always double-check the address before placing the order.

*We do not grant refunds if an item is in the shipping queue.

*Re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.

* If you opt for the "leave in a safe place" delivery option and your purchase goes missing. We will not be responsible for further tracking or replacement of your purchase.

Return & Refund Policy​

We do not offer a refund of goggles due to change of mind  (due to health & safety ) OR goggles not fitting customers face.

Our Lash Goggles are "one size fits most". Please be aware prior to purchase that our goggles may not be suitable for all face/ head types. 

 

If you have received any incorrect or faulty items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss further. Email: info@lashgoggles.com.au

  • Please provide your purchase order number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request more promptly

  • Email your returns request along with a photo of the products you are returning.

You will be entitled to a full refund which will not include the cost of the return postage.

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to be scratched or damaged and not in a resalable condition. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the shipping cost.

  • Email your returns request along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@lashgoggles.com.au 

  • Please provide your purchase order number in the subject line so we can find your order easy and process your request more promptly

  • Once approved, ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined below.

  • Please mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.

  • Use an insured tracking delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

  • Return address will be forwarded to you upon refund approval.

  • Send a follow up email with your tracking information

  • To info@lashgoggles.com.au

  • Please make sure that the returns form has been approved - without approval it may result in your return not being processed.

 


Returns Terms and Guidelines:

  • All returned items must be in good resalable condition, and complete with all the original items.

  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

  • Please make sure that the returns form has been approved - without approval it may result in your return not being processed.
