  • What are the uses of Lash Goggles ?
    Lash Goggles helps to protect the Following: 1. Lash Extensions, Lifts, Adhesives, Serums and Sealers. 2. Brow micro-blading, laminating. 3. Permanent makeup, Professional makeup. 4. Cosmetic tattooing. 5. Eye Surgery, Laser eye surgery, Contact lenses after care. 6. Blepharoplasty aftercare. 7. Bacterial droplets. 8. Sensitive Eyes...no more tears! Fits most 7yrs and up.
  • What materials are Lash Goggles made from?
    Lash Goggles are made from scientifically engineered soft 100% silicone.
  • Are Lash Goggles waterproof?
    Yes! Lash Goggles are designed to form a tested watertight seal against your skin to protect your eyes, lashes and brows against water damage. The product itself is also water proof and suitable for the shower, bath and pool.
  • Do Lash Goggles come in different sizes?
    No. Lash Goggles are a universal fit and made to fit most adult faces. The silicon suction on skin ensures a watertight seal and ear loop straps are designed to stretch out enough to accommodate all adult ear sizes.
  • Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
    Yes on the cost of the product; as long as the product was used as described and handled according to the instructions specified on the 'Get Started" menu option. You will be required to return the item at your own cost. In addition, we do not offer a product refund if your eyes, lashes or brows are compromised due to accidental rubbing, restless sleeping or due to the use of oil based cosmetic products.
  • How long does shipping take?
    We are currently only offering standard shipping within Australia which takes 4-7 business days. International shipping rates are quoted at check-out. For wholesale orders, receive shipping details via info@LashGogles.com.au
  • My goggles have makeup on them, how can I clean them?"
    Wash them with cold water or a soft damp cloth. Your goggles lenses are delicately lined with an anti-fog film. Do not at any time wipe in inside lens. Only rinse with running cold water.
  • Do Lash Goggles really extend the life of my lash extensions?
    Yes they do, by wearing during every shower you will be protecting the glue from prematurely weakening and also causing less water trauma to your lashes.
  • Lash Goggles don’t fit me! What do I do?
    Our goggles are engineered to fit most adult faces. If they don’t fit, we offer refunds if the product is returned unused (no showering), undamaged with all its original container within 14 days.
  • My Goggles aren’t suctioning! What do I do?
    With a damp cloth clean the inner side of the silicone seal around the goggles and also your skin in case there is any foreign substances present on the surfaces.
  • My Goggles are fogging up! What do I do?
    Whilst showering allow the hot water to run over the front of your goggles, this should clear them up. If they continue to fog up then you may have damaged the anti fog film by touching or wiping the inside of the goggle lens. You can re spray with anti-fog spray available at most sporting stores or online. The goggles will work in protecting your lashes and brows even without anti fog.
  • The lens on my goggles look fuzzy. How can I improve usage?
    You may have damaged the anti-fog film. Do not allow shampoo or any other products to go on the inside lens of your goggles.
  • Can I still use my goggles without the anti-fog film?
    Yes you can. Your goggles will continue to protect your eyes, lashes and brows. You can either respray your lenses with anti-fog which can be purchased readily in selected stores. Or you can remove the damaged film completely with a variety of recommended products/methods.
  • Does the length of time showering effect the goggles waterproof capability?
    You can safely shower as long as you like with no fear of leakage. But we do not recommend exposing the goggles to consistent extremely hot lengthy showers. This may affect the integrity of the anti-fog film. Long showers may also leave red suction marks around your eyes. These will disappear in a short time.
  • Do Lash Goggles come in different colours?
    Currently we only offer our signature clear frame goggles. In 2023 we have two new exciting colours dropping!
  • Will this product irritate my skin?
    Our Goggles are 100% soft silicone and should not irritate your skin but in the event they do, stop using them immediately.
  • How do I safely remove the Goggles?
    Hold your Lash Goggles by the frame and remove one side at a time to prevent any unnecessary suction pull on your face.
  • Is this company based in Australia?
    Lash Goggles is a 100% owned and operated Trade Marked Australian brand and company.
  • Are Lash Goggles made in Australia?
    Currently our goggles are designed and packaged in Australia and some parts are manufactured overseas but we are seeking to manufacturer locally in the near future.
  • How do I purchase wholesale?

  • Can I purchase Lash Goggles in retail stores?

  • What is your return & refund policy?
    Please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a full refund or replacement with new products and will provide instructions accordingly. Please provide your order number in the subject line so we can find your order easy and process your request more promptly.   • I received a damaged/faulty product. What should I do?
    Oh no! We are sorry about it, and we want to sort it out asap. Please contact us at info@lashgoggles.com.au for assistance. Do provide us with your order number, a photo of the damaged/faulty product you received, and we will get back to you promptly.
